I'm not quite sure what is going on but figured this was the first place to start. I have searched, and possibly have it narrowed down, but am still interested in what these other codes are!

2009 Street Glide, 15,880 miles. Stage 1 Kit on it, I'm not sure what tuner it has though. I had been running the stock mufflers, but a buddy is selling his bike and needs them back, so I through the V&H on there that do not have any baffles, the previous owner took them off, for whatever reason, and I need to get replacements but the pipes are discontinued. Making that a priority as we speak, but anyway, on to the issues.

Rode the bike for 140 miles a week ago Thursday, temperature was nice, ladies in the group wore hoodies on the return trip home, I was riding with the stock mufflers that night. Was my first real ride I would say since being stored for winter.

Fast forward to today, was about 95* out. Rode into town to pick up some tools and ran fine. Took a different route home to drive past some fields, turned off highway onto black top road like normal, began to crest the hill and noticed RPM's dropped. CEL light came on. Coasted to the park and shut it off. Cycled the power and was able to get going, thankfully was only about 2 miles from my parents so I coasted to their house!

From what I've searched, sounds like it is limp mode, or a problem with the "fretting" connection from throttle wire causing the problems. I did however pull up the codes and I got a bunch of them! I've searched what they mean, but they mean nothing to me. I am going to list them, if someone could let me know what they mean, if I should clear them, and what the remedy is, that would be great they are as follows:

P0113
P0120
P0123
P0134
P0154
P0220
P0222
P0374
P1001
P1003
P1510
P1511
P2127
P2135.

Thanks.

I am by no means an expert, but I suspect what you are seeing are a string of all the codes that ever came up for the bike. If you clear the codes, turn the bike on, run it, shut it down and check for codes again. I suspect you will be left with the true code you need to investigate. I did a quick search for the codes and any code starting with a P is fuel system related.

Have you checked the twist grip sensor?

Not yet. All I did yesterday afternoon was go through what codes had been thrown and they took me home. I'm going to head into town this evening and clear the codes, clean the connections and throw some dielectric grease in with them, then start generally looking things over for any loose connections.

Would that be in the Twist Grip itself? Or down by the Throttle Body?

Twist grip itself. The end will pop right off so you can take a peek at the connection.

SOILRIDER, Thermodyne is right on the money. It seems to all be pointing to the TPS and throttle. You might try unplugging and reconnecting the TPS cables.
Here is what your codes mean:
P0120-TPS1 Range Error
P0123-TP Sensor High EFI
P0134-Front Oxygen Sensor Inactive/Open
P0154-Rear Oxygen Sensor Inactive/Open
P0220-TPS2 Range Error
P0222-TPS2 Low
P1511-EFI Power Management Mode
P0031-Oxygen sensor heater Control Circuit

Thanks for your replies!

Where should I start? I have disconnected the plug behind the intake, and reconnected a few times. Is there a process to reset the TPS? I had an FI Race ATV that I knew the ins and outs of. BUT, I'm not to excited about taking off a fuel tank on this, vs the plastic fuel tank on my quad. Can I find information pertaining to this in the Service Manual? I have a copy of it.

What would be the best plan of attack? I would prefer to do majority of work on my own, just unsure where to start. Real new to the electronics on a Harley, where as with my quad I knew every square inch of that thing.

Thanks,

Kyle.

Any luck finding the limp mode problem? My 2010FLHTC went into limp mode the other day. I disconnected the battery for about 15 min., restarted it and it seems to work fine. I have no idea why it went into limp mode or how to retrieve codes but am happy it works again. Like you, I'd like to find and fix the problem as I do my own work and am far from a dealer.

Codes

You can retrieve your codes by having the ignition off, holding the trip reset down, and then turning the ignition on while still holding the reset down. Once the display comes up you can scroll through the menu to see if codes exist.
