would probably work on either of those bikes in your sig.
loud and nasty sounding. but they work in higher rpm right sided builds IMO.

 

The more cam overlap you run the worse that pipe behaves on the street in the 2000 to 3000 RPM area......there are many pipes on the market today that out perform the RB Racing Pipe and sound MUCH better than the RB Racing pipe.

Unless you live regularly in the 5-6k rpm land (and if you do, I would take the Guppy) there are pipes out there that will give you better results where 98% of riders live-2,500-4,500 rpm...

 

Have you messed around with Burns in comparison to the JBV or is that 6 of one half dozen of the other?

 

That pipe will wake up the dead,be real erratic on the low end,but run upstairs if you want to buzz the hell out of the motor.:woohoo:

I know I am in the minority but I would go with the 2" RB.

Yes, 2" was for the 124 motor. I like the RB myself, but I'm not one to swap pipes every 3 months because a new latest & greatest pipe came out that gives another 5 hp...

I'll use it till it breaks.

I have enough to look forward to as I'm in the process of a frame-up rebuild.

 

I'm hoping for coast to coast torque. At 11.2 to .3 comp. and a bafffle, the low end should be strong too with the 662-2. I thin the borxilla, or the LSR with 2" primaries will work well.

 

I have the LSR 2-1 with 2" primaries. Pipe is high quality, heat shields are pretty lame. I have had both the D&D Fat Cat and the LSR on my bike the D&D makes more torque down low but the configuration of the headers resulted in many purned pants and I got fed up with it for that reason. Also the Fat Cat weighs twice what the LSR does. I just installed the Quiet Riot in the LSR and it seems to have helped the mid range and added a deep growl to the pipe. Both of these pipes are loud just the pitch is different.
