Correct, we ofter stiffen the spring pressure.

 

How is this done? Is it something that would be beneficial to the 96" bikes? I somtimes hear the compensator bottom out if I let the clutch out too hard. Just wondering if there's a procedure like you talk about that would be an alternative to dumping $250 on the SE compensator.

 

What do you need to know,dailed starting the 155" with several attempts changing spring tension.

 

Yup, seen it happen. Mostly on high mileage or big motor bikes.
