Can anyone tell me when the Dyna Frame change happened to the "improved" frame. I believe it was 06?

Frame change was 06'Model Year,if you'r referring to the Engine as a Twinkie(hope you arei believe that was 07'Model Year.

That is correct. My 06 WG still had the 88 incher.

the frame change? i'm guessin the swingarm still bolts to the tranny
case.

The frame change included a heavier duty but less visuals appealing frame to deal with chassis flex on post FXR frame bikes.
