Hello All,

Whether I like it or not, Virginia requires motorcyclists to wear a brain bucket.

Can anyone recommend a good source for a XXXL helmet "8-8 1/4".

No large head jokes please:D

Regards,

Manny,

is your Simpson a full face (Outlaw or Bandit) or the Street Shorty?

I just picked up an XXXL HJC CL2 (half helmet) that a local indy ordered for me, perfect fit.

I am also interested in a full face helmet and the Simpson models look nice.

Now if the MoCo will just ship my FatBoy, I'm ready to putt:D

re: Simpson Helmets

I just received a Simpson Street Bandit (full face) size 8. Almost fits, a little tight on the crown but only comes down to my mouth (jaw full exposed).

I called Simpson, they do make a "big 8" , the extra 1/4 in would fix the tight crown problem, but not the length. Back she goes:rolleyes:

My Simpson is a Super-Bandit. Black Full face.

I also have a cheapo half shell, jockey style that I wear in summer. I only use the full face in winter or rainy season. Although, Hippo and I encountered a devastating hail storm in Colorado last August that bead blasted us pretty good.

No ****. I prefer to think of it as budget priced skin abrasion therapy.
