I've been working on a 96 Super Glide with a friend of mine, doing general maintenance. I crawled under the bike last night to drain the fluids. Took out the transmission plug, drained the fluid, the moved the pan over to the oil plug. Damn thing almost fell out of the hole. I guess the last person that put in the oil plug was using one of these to put it back on.
We are going to change out the oil pan to fix the problem. We have a service manual and things look straight foward. Any one know of any pitfalls that I may run into? Tips?
Thanks
