Are Wood King carb 40.5, 41.5 modified CV40 and Rebel 43.5 modified CV44?
Will the 41.5 work with my 95",UG Heads, CR=10:1, TW37b cams(I'll replace them with Wood TW5hg or HQ0039 in the future) and actual HSR42 carb?

I believe the 41.5 and the 40.5 are bored versions of the CV40. If you already have a Mikuni 42 mm, IMHO there is no need to replace it with a similar sized Wodd carb for your mild built. The two smaller Wood carbs will work well in your configuration, but they are not a must.
