Whats Up! Apparently when the dealership acquired the police bike I currently own, done something to the wiring harness when they removed all the police equipment. I recently had a rear brake light issue, and have resolved that, but in the middle of doing that, I undone what they done to the harness under the seat, and now the bike wont start. Here is some pictures of what I'm dealing with.This under the seat, and the connected it to the harness that leads to the tail light. Any ideas or suggestions on this, thanks.

Sorry about the blurry picture. The blue wire is in the same little harness that has the two black wires and a green with red stripe wire, which was where they had put a trailer connector on. And on the bigger harness, which feeds the tail light, is a red with a white stripe, had a trailer connector on it. And when you turn the key on with the run button on, there is no sound of the fuel pump.
What I meant was they used those blue trailer wire connectors, the one you wrap around the wire that you want to attach to then crimp them. Thats what they used to tie in one of those wires in the photo, to the red/white wire on the tail light harness. I reconnected the green/red wire back together and the blue wire that was in two, and still nothing when you turn the run switch on.
Its a 2001 Road King Police model. There is also a small plug that has a black and a blue wire which looks like it leads back toward the front.
This was done long ago when the dealership bought the bike from the sheriffs office. Someone done it this way when they removed the police equipment. The bike is EFI.
