I am running a Windvest shield on my '02 FXDL. I just noticed that the brackets(?) that are used to mount the shield to the handlebars are contacting the sides of the speedo/tach panel, and have chipped the coating! You have no idea how pissed I am about this!
Is anyone else running a Windvest that has seen anything like this? What can/should I do about it?
(The mounting brackets make contact with the speedo/tach only when the bars are all the way to one side, like when parked and the forks are in position to be locked)
