Just got my new FLSTC from the dealer with the chrome deflectors mounted. Now my wind shield will not fit. Does the wind shield mounts go on the inside of the deflectors? The dealership placed them on the outside.:dunno:

What deflectors? Neither the fork mounted chrome deflectors or the factory plastic or dragon wing deflectors are anywhere close to the windshield on a FLHTC ????

They are the Chrome Fork Deflectors. I don't think they mounted them as they should be. I was hoping to correct it myseft and save me a trip back to the dealership.:nunu:

Sorry I listed the wrong bike :duh?: The correct bike is a 2005 FLSTC HERITAGE SOFTAIL.{salute(

They mount under the acorn nut, with a washer, tighten 15-18 ft-lbs.
