I posted a question on this in the touring forum but thought the general forum may be good as well. The 88B engine is smooth in a soft tail, but the soft tail frame still does not allow as good of a ride as the RK frame. But...the RK still allows a lot of vibration to transfer to the rider, especially at slower speeds. The rubber mounts help some but....Has anyone heard any HD rumors that the 88B will show up in the RK anytime soon?

I thought the 88B would make the RK even smoother but Manny in the touring forum explained that it wouldn't work well because the 88B rpm's are limited by the counter balance system.
