On a FXST in 2002 it had a 130 back tire, for 2003 HD put a 150
rear tire. I've noticed that the swingarm, caliper, spacers, rotor,
part numbers are the same for 2002 and 2003. However, the wheels they are selling have a different part number for 03 Softails, than they
do for 00 through 02 Softails. Does this mean the only thing the
MOCO did was change the offset of the rear wheel for 2003? If so,
I wanted a cast wheel anyway for the rear and was wondering if I should just buy the 03 wheel and maybe I wouldn't need to do a kit to get the same results. Just wondering if anyone knew what the difference was on the wheel.

You can actually fit a 180 on a 18X5.5 wheel in the stock frame. Just need to change the fender. The best thing to do is to cut off the frame horns and put a strutless fender on. No other needed items. It is that simple and it works.
