I have an apparently older set of mustache bars on my 07 Ultra, and I lost a top pad somewhere along the way, so I went in and ordered a replacement kit. Didn't open it up till I got home, and found out it's different than what is on the bar now. The original just sat on top the bar with some two sided tape hoding it on. This new one goes all the way around the bar is pinned on the bottom to itself, and the profile is all different. So now I either take the other original off and replace them both, or somehow find an older style replacement somewhere. ANyone have any tips on HD parts hoarders that might have one of these pieces?

I would install both of the new ones. There's a reason they redesigned them, so they won't fall off like yours did.
