On my 02 FLHTCUI I installed WB 2-1 exhaust, SE breather kit and had the stage 1 reflash to EFI.

The dyno numbers increased from 66.3 to 77.5 max hp and 75.7 to 85.7 ft-lb max torque.

The impressive part is that the torque curve stays over 80 ft-lb from 2500 to 4900 rpm.and stays over 84 ft-lb from 3000 to 4200 rpm. That is exactly where I need the curve to peak for my street riding style.

Good pipes make even more difference on the Delphi bikes then on the MM or carb ones.

dxxxiii, if you have pics of the bike I would like to see them. How many "rings" did you use in the pipe?

I'll try and get some digital pictures in the next week (need work camera and good weather) or so but not sure if I can post etc. Also will have the dyno charts scanned (already in .pdf) to show.

I used 11 discs in addition to the flat disk that seals the end of the pipe if I remember correctly. They said about 12 and I wanted a little more low end grunt and less noise so went to 11.
