I have a set of Porker pipes. They have louvered baffles. I was wondering if anyone has ever tackled drilling out the louvers. I have a decent shop wich within there is a few vices and a good drill press. The drilling of the louvers will not be that much of a task for me. Just wondered if anyone had any feedback on it. I plan to drill all the louvers out and wrapping halph or a quarter in glass packing. Any suggestions or advice?

I know that it would be tons easier to purchase a set of preforated baffles. But the front end chroming (handlebar controls, levers, lower legs, calipers), handle bar replacement (Wild1 Chubby's) and all the new extended braided lines to reach everything.. Is putting quite the dent in my funds. At this point, im looking for a cheap fix. :D TIA
