Which 440's?

Ride 2 up on a bagger, me 210, the O'L 135. Standard or Heavy Duty Progressive's? They say 225 and over should have the heavy duty, but some with the 440's have said that in my weight range the standards ride way better.

I think that you may be right on the edge of standard or heavy. I am 20# lighter and passenger 15# lighter and have the standard on my RKC and with both of us without luggage use about 3 to 4 turns preload, and use 2 turns preload solo. giving me a lot of room to go up or down on the preload. I would go with the heavy.

Heavy! They adjust. I weigh about the same you do, 10# more. My daughter is heavier than your OL. I set em at 3 and leave em cause I'm lazy. They're about right for solo and light for 2 up. If I wasn't lazy I would crank em up when doing 2 up.
Anybody know where the lowest price to get these is?? It used to be Wally's World but I've heard they're bad to deal with now!!

I got mine for $445.00 last summer. I got the 12" standard spring for my EGC, they're fine for two up too, you just have to crank in more pre-load.

check out Jireh cycle 1-877-681-0448 www.jirehcycles.com
probably around $380.00 free shipping
Go with the heavy. They may be a little stiff 1-up and no load but 2-up and loaded they have the right about of spring for a good ride. That's what I have on my EG and I am a little lighter than you. They work good for me.
