Which pipe is louder-> Screaming Eagle II's or Vance and Hines 2into1 Pro Pipes?

Or are they about they same?

I am hoping someone can comment on this for me as I need to make a decision on these today.

Thanks in advance for any help.

03....the V&H 2 into 1 Pro Pipes I heard were louder that the SE I've heard. The pro pipes also have removable fiberglass packing that can be used to adjust the "tone" Hope this helps....

My pro-pipe on my RG is about the same level as the SE's I had on my wideglide but the V&H sounds much better (to me)

Loud does not always mean fast. Excellent article in Hotbike page 22, Feb '03 that addresses the eternal question "to Baffle or Not" dilemma that so many ask.

A lotta pipes make good sound, some better, and some worse. An EFI bike sounds way diff than a Carb'd bike.

Want loud? Take the baffle out of that V&H Pro Pipe. That's obnoxious!

Me? I like a 2-into-1 pipe. Why? Cause the DYNO tells me so?

I like the thunderheader!

I use to have the SE 11 changed them to V&H Propipe, The sound is louder and deeper. However, it is not dramtically different when you crack them both open, at idle and low RPM the V& H defintely louder.

Performance much better and I prefer the look
