Looking for what size belt to use when going to a 30t pulley on a 2010 electrglide classic. I know this has been covered many times ....just can't seem to find it. What brand of pulley and belt are you running?

Get a 30 tooth pulley for the Trikes from HD, relatively cheap and OEM quality. I believe the 137 teeth belt from the 2008 FLH is a good fit.

@gree: 07 - 08 used a 32 tooth front and 66 tooth rear, 09 to present is running a 32 tooth front with a 68 tooth rear. So PN 40024-07 which is the 137 tooth belt for the 07 - 08 should work.

139t

The 139t belt fit my gear change perfectly.
32t front pulley HD #40659-06
139t belt HD #40040-05
There are aftermarket pulleys and belts that will work as well. As mentioned above, the trike section has a lot of good into. A search for gear changing yielded a lot of helpful info as well.
The gearing change made my barge very nice for 'town touring'... the difference is very noticeable.
Made about 250rpm difference cruising at 80mph. Last day trip 2-up mixed city, rural, freeway yielded nearly 45mpg.... YMMV...

Jet, that cannot be right, I just read where if you go to a 30 tooth pulley it is going to be running WAY to high of a rpm level at cruise.. LMAO ,

Jet got it right. We use the tri glide pulley and a goodyear belt. We have used the other pulleys and no issues with those either.

RUN it great up grade. you will pick up about 165 rpm's at 65 in 6th gear.

I just changed a 66 pulley to a 68 on a dyna and had no problems, still had adustment..I later went to a triglide 30 on the trans and I love it..It brings the big hp down to where you want ti and the bike gets off the line quicker

Just get the PN off your belt or count the teeth, add or subtract as necessary depending on tooth count of old to new pulley. And like mentioned going down a coupe on the front and adding a couple on the rear and use the same belt!!
