Best oil is the one the job calls for..

I don't know a lot on this subject, but I can tell you what I read in the owners manual of my brand spanking new 2004 VTX 1300..

It says.. due to the wet clutch, you don't want to use any synthetic oils or oils with moly or graphite in them.. Just plain jane fossil 20W50..

I am assuming that if you use a super lube type oil that you will start to have clutch slippage.. But that is just my guess.. :cool:

So the moral of the story is,,, The best oil is the one called for, for that particular job..
