I would say be happy. In comparison on my prior ride I spent 3K on the following parts on a 95" build that got 86 HP and 93 TQ.
Parts list was: 95" Big Bore Kit P/N 16546-99 Screamin' Eagle Ported HTCC Heads P/N 16925-02A Screamin' Eagle Intake Manifold P/N 29635-99 Screamin' Eagle HTCC Pistons P/N 22439-00A Screamin' Eagle perfect fit pushrods P/N 18402-03 SE-211 cams P/N 25152-00 Screamin' Eagle Race Tuner P/N 32107-01B Vance & Hines Propipe HS Arlen Ness Big Sucker airfilter.

So for very little money you should be pretty happy with 80 HP 80 TQ..

That is a good package Road Glider....now you need to take it to someone who "REALLY" knows how to tune on a dyno. There is no way that build should'nt be putting out mid 90's or higher hp and over 100 tq. My buddy has the same build with the little SE 203 cams, which aren't appropriate for that high compression build, and after tuning, he's making 93hp/104 lb-ft tq.

I agree that bike had more in it than those numbers showed, at the time that was done the service department of my dealer had a dyno but really did not have anyone there capable of truly tuning with it to maximize the potential. I no longer have that scoot so I really never got the bike to a tuner to get out of it what the parts should have done in terms of numbers.

My current scoot has the stroker motor.
