What I heard was that they had vendor supply problems as far as quantity of certain components was concerned, and there was infighting among dealers as far as who would get theirs first, so the factory decided to halt all shipments until all dealers could get their normal allocation. This came from a dealer principal that should be in the know, but you never really know.
V-rod delays
I have it on good authority that the reason for the delay is that HD is changing the rear gearing on all bikes.
Seems that the front pully was too small, and was causing belt problems.
Any one else hear this?

The local dealer had one in the shop getting mods put on yesterday(Friday 30 Nov). Went back checked it out, the tech test drove it and said it's very easy to smoke the back tire.
