V-Rod changes year after year

I believe the rake angle changes between 30-32-34 degrees depending on the model. So, are the four frame rail mount points consistent (relative to each other) 02 thru current?

The rake changes were done through the triple trees. The frame angle was consistent through the years. The only one I am not sure on is the VRSCR.
