This guy was a black man and my first experience eating spicy food. I was from Tampa, FL and was used to seafood or black beans and rice. Red beans and rice is lots better. My mother took us everywhere so I been crawfishin and crabbin. I could use a mufalatta right now.

There is nothing better than listening to a Cajun speak. I did learn how to clean crawfish. Put them in an old bathtub full of water then change the water out for 3 days gets the crap and mud out of them. Taste a lot better than just washing and cooking on the same day they were caught. I go to a shooting range next to a swamp, after a week long rainstorm can walk around the range with a bucket and pick them up off the ground. I have caught them with 3 corner traps and have had cops stop to ask what I'm doing and are amazed because they buying cooked frozen crawfish.

Remember that movie where the lead actors name was Don't Know society is already being dumbed down by technology.
