So I’m trying to get a friends 04 bagger running it has the S&S T124 and mikuni 48. Said it was running prior to tear down for paint. I get spark from the plugs when jumped to thr barrels, fuel is coming from thr carb and cylinder compression is around 150 psi for each.

It just spins over, doesn’t even try to start when cranking.
crank sensor? Is there a way to test the sensor or supply to it even?

If the crank sensor was bad you wouldn't have spark. Check the fuel. Look for dumb stuff, like it wasn't gas in the can that was put in it. Try some starting fluid and see if it'll kick. Spark plugs fouled?

Get an inline spark plug tester (cheap) to confirm spark is good.
Then you can move to gas.
You have already confirmed compression.
pushrod adjustment? timing?

plugs look good, not fouled.

Motor was never apart but but was torn down for about 3 months. I can see plenty of gas shooting from accelerator pump.

Is the in line spark plug tester different than arcing thr plug to the barrels while turning it over?

Can timing be physically adjusted on a twin cam with dynatec ignition?

Check your connections at the coil and the plug wires,, if it ran before you painted it, but not after,,?? Go where you were last.,
