Not sure if this has come up before, but can a PCV be programmed with custom settings for 5th and 6th gear in the 2500-3000 rpm range to take 10 percent fuel off compared to the rest of the gears. Does it take special calibration for the PCV to know what gear I'm in? I figured heat is less of an issue at highway speeds so this would be a good area to maximize fuel economy.

Yes, you will increase you're fuel mileage but the lean fuel condition will most likely cost you an engine. Leave it alone, you'll be happier.
