Ok I have a 2010 flhx and I installed a Thunder max. since installation bike is very hard to start. Sent data to TM and they state it could be a broken wire with the front fuel injector. has anyone ran accross this. bike has 6000 miles. I just need to know if the broken fuel injection wire is a common problem thanks.

Broken wire is not common at all. Get info on testing the injectors and injector wiring to be sure that isn't the issue.... go from there. Do the basics first, good fuel, good plugs.

Actually there has been allot of problems with an injector breaking inside the insulation. I have had it happen to mine.

I have a T-Max and it starts perfectly.....

How dd it start with the stock ECM?
