Still working on my 96 FLHTP. Have picked out decals, and paint. Question is this: After the primer/paint/clearcoat, how does one apply the decal? It came without instructions. Can anyone help? Do I need special tools or fluid?

Although I am not a pro painter, I'd recommend talkin' to the person that painted the bike. After wet sand and placing the decals, a couple layers of clear over the decal would be the ticket........

We put decals on our "official" vehicles. Use a soapy (dish detergent) water mixture on the doors, then put the decals on. The soapy water allows us to move the decals around until we have them exactly the way we want them. Then gently kind of asuegee the water out, wait until dry, then clear coat over them. Works good for us.
