Hey all,
I'm looking for a pair of light weight black leather boots for warm weather riding. My engineer boots are super comfortable, but I have to wear tall socks with them and It gets pretty hot in a short while. Maybe you can give me some advice on a comfortable breathable summer boot.

Thanks in advance.

boots

SIDI makes a half boot and also sells socks that keep your feet cool. I have them both and they are great. I live in Coconut Creek,Fl. and it gets pretty hot here.

Thanks for the response, pspez. I've been researching and have come up with a few options, but havn't made a choice yet. Comfort is real important to me, not just for sitting on the bike, but also walking around at certain events. Thanks for your response! I'll check the SIDI website.

I gotta say for comfort and cool riding (but not cheap), I love the Doc Martins. The low Docs are very comfortable but they don't have steel shank or toe if that's important to you. They are so soft you can break them in in a few days. Just my .02
