You might be too late for a place like you describe. Good luck though. Two years ago when we were there my husband tried fishing. Actually saw some big trout but couldn't get them to nibble. There is a number of places I can direct you to but I'm sure no expert. Probably better to ask the locals once you get out there. I will say that we saw a kid fishing along the shore of Lake Sylvan and he had a stringer full of nice sized rainbow trout.
