Considering boring stock cylinders to 3.937 and installing CP pistons. Anyone have any experience with that combination. Concerned about excessive heat issues with the cast cylinder wall being so thin. Any thoughts or experiences?

@gree: Never had and issue going that bore size. Looks intimidating with the thin liner, but it works.

well i cant say from experiance that it works out ok,but i have talked to a few well known machine shops that have done several of them and none of them have had any problems w the ones they did so iam hoping it is a good choice.lol.iam waiting to get my 107 cyl,cp pistons and heads back from big boyz.cant wait to get it back together and hear it run.is it spring yet?lol.

I've got 10,000 miles on a GMR bore with CP pistons. No problems.
