Does the Ventilator flow any better than a stage 1 or is it just a different look?

Does it really matter?
If the AF assembly flow exceeds the build demand this becomes a non-issue.
If I was on a power quest later and a big inch motor was in the plans I would not use either.

It's a pretty mild 100hp build.

I think you would then pick the one you like. That HP level should not be hard for either to reach without loss.
