The stage 1 download will raise your rev limit to 6200rpms from the stock 5500rpms.

It adds a little timing, and that's about it.

To me, it's a total waste of $150.

Spend the money on the PCIIIusb, and you can raise the rev limit with that, and it only costs about $275 ish.

i have the pc3usb but i thought the stage 1 would be a plus with the pc3usb..i have the rev limmit set to 6200 but im just running 4's in the 80 and 100% colums in the ignition side of my pc map. everything else has 0's in the colums

If you already have the PC then add the stage 1 download you will have to change the map in the PC.

well if the stage 1 is only going to adjust the timming then if i can get a better understanding of the timing on a harley and the timing on the pc111usb ,i could just change some numbers in the ignition map. i did have the stock cams changed in my 06 dyna to the andrews 26h cams but i was told the timing didnt need to be set in the maps for the pc3.. is this true or do i need to adjust the ignition map
