There is a Stage I for the 88 and 95. Stage II for 95 with just air cleaner and slip-on mufflers. Last there are a high output and a high torque for the 95 depending on what mods you do. i.e. cams, heads, compression.....

Why do you ask?

I could be wrong, but my understanding is there is only a stage 1 download and everything beyond that envolves cams for stage II and when you go to heads or bigger bore the stage II.

My understanding with reference to the stage Downloads:

Stage 1:
Calibration #8: 2004 – 2005 Touring , 2001 – 2003 FLSTSi and 2005 FLSTSCi
Configuration: 1450 SE A/C and Mufflers
File Name: 105LF003-D0.MT6, 127LF004-B0.MT6
Components:
• SE Air Cleaner and Breather Kit P/N 29440-99B
• SE Performance Touring Mufflers P/N 65115-98B or 65116-98A

Stage 2:
Calibration #9: 2004 – 2005 Touring , 2001 – 2003 FLSTSi and 2005 FLSTSCi
Configuration: 1550 SE A/C and Mufflers
File Name: 105LG003-D0.MT6, 127LG004-B0.MT6
Components:
• SE Air Cleaner and Breather Kit P/N 29440-99B
• SE 1550 Big Bore Cylinders P/N 16546-99 or 16549-99
• SE 1550 Flat Top Pistons P/N 22851-99A
• SE Performance Touring Mufflers P/N 65115-98B or 65116-98A

And for further confusion:

Stage 2 w/ Cams:
Calibration #10: 2002 – 2005 Touring, 2001 – 2003 FLSTSi and 2005 FLSTSCi
Configuration: 1550 Stage 2
File Name: 105EV100-D0.MT6, 127EV100-B0.MT6
Components:
• SE Air Cleaner and Breather Kit P/N 29440-99B
• SE 1550 Big Bore Cylinders P/N 16546-99 or 16549-99
• SE 1550 Flat Top Pistons P/N 22851-99A
• SE 203 Cams P/N 25937-99B
• SE Performance Touring Mufflers P/N 65115-98B or 65116-98A

Hope this helps......

I ask for 2 reasons:
I didn't know the difference and want to know what I am getting.
I plan on getting the Terminal Velocity II for 2006 Dyna and planned on getting it flashed before install.

Thanks to all for the replies.
