Springer Problem

My 05 Springer Classic (11,000 mi) has a problem that the dealer can't seem to fix. The front end is always compressed. They have replaced the rocker bearings (bushings?) and readjusted them but after one day it is always back to being compressed. The lower coils are just about at bind and the upper coils have big gaps in them. Unloaded, on the sidestand, the shock length, mounting bolt to mounting bolt is 7-3/4". I thing the springs are collasped or defective. Anyone else have this problem?
