20w50 oil
bacon grease...

all fine with varied chrateristics hen used... i've treid them all... i've settled on 75w90, mobil 1 or redline. either is fine by me. hd says formula+

Any issues with fitting, e.g. interference, bolt diamters.?

the right needed to be spaced out about 1/4 inch to clear the belt guard. other than that, no sir.
