Has anyone tried to adjust the headlight angle? I haven't even looked to see if this is possible. I have noticed that the headlight is second only to the sun in brightness, and seems to be aimed right at rear and sideview mirrors. I've also been flashed with hi-beams by angry oncoming traffic on numerous occasions.

The headlight swivels in the chrome mount. Mine was pointed at the treetops when I got it.

Mine was High too.
From the Service manual page 1-47
Verify front and rear tire pressure
On level floor place vrod 25 feet from a wall. (7.6 M)
Measure vertical distance from center of headlight to the floor and draw a horizontal line on the wall.( I used the adjustment screw)
Load vrod with rider, and cargo, and passenger if normally present.
Stand bile upright, turn high beam on.
Main beam should be a broad flat pattern centered on the line.
Adjust as necessary

Hope this helps.
