As I sit and await my 03 heritage classic I think about my first mod. exhaust system. I've read all the pros and cons on various systems and have a few ideas. Now I'm looking for a few suggestion on what might be next, and look good at the same time not real expensive. I realize that my wish may not be feasible. Keep in mind I want to enhance overall ride and looks. Thanks now for any suggestions.

Mods

Pipes, Stage I, ECM/Carb Calibration are a good start and often happen first. I replaced my seat and added saddlebags first. I say make a Service Manual one of the first items...I should have and now refer to it often...that was a great recommendation from this forum to me.

However, nothing is too inexpensive, as you will or already know.

I spend time looking for modifications that I think I might like, and find them on other bikes. The combinations are endless and often you'll get an idea of how something looks...just not specifically on your bike with your mix.

Get several full color catalogs and start hunting.
