Between 5 and 8 days, depending on the shipping. They do some of their own transport, but mostly use contract trucking companies. In urban areas there is some extra delay because they transfer the bikes to smaller 27" trailers to make the in town deliveries.
Then you are looking at a day or two to get the bike prepped if there is no shipping damage. (this is very rare, but happens)
