There was a controversy about the dome size of the SE Forged pistons (P/N 22868-00) on the old HTT forum. One of the members who has a shop and the proper equipment graciously offered to measure my pistons and I thought I would pass along the information, HD doesn't publish this info and I had seen several varying sizes published. He measured both the front and rear pistons and they both measured at 8cc's. The following pictures show the process, the burrette is a 50cc model so you can do the math...50-42= 8cc's. If you're like me you use the Excel program to figure compression, it doesn't have the SE Forged piston listed, now you can plug in this value.
