I have been communicating with Dynojet regarding the proper map for my bike and was asked if I was using the Screamin Eagle Air Box. I am unfamiliar with the term "Air Box". I had the SE stage 1 installed at the dealer along with the V&H BSS (in March '05) and all else is stock. The last note from Dynojet said that in most cases the SE Stage 1 kit consists of the SE Air Box which replaces the backing plate. Although the air cover will look stock (which it does) I will be able to touch the air filter from the backside if I have the SE Air Box installed. And this will make all the difference in the mapping.
Is anyone familiar with what an SE Air Box is?

Just another term for the Stage I kit. If you have the round filter that you can see the edge of behind your football, and NOT a plastic cover behind the football, that's it.
