111 hp and 102 tq, not too bad huh?? WELL at first glance maybe but if you do not have 3600+ rpm on the tach it is a toad!!!! The peak tq is at 4900 and the peak power is at 6700. The bike does move but trying to pass at 60mpg is a 2 gear down shift!!! It really need the SE gear down kit and a 6speed and that would get him around town!! The set up really likes to be revved HARD!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a rear cylinder spark plug hole that i think is cross threaded. I purchased a 14mm tap to try to re thread the two or three bad threads. About the filings going into the cylinder, I will use a small hose to vaccume out the cylinder after hole is rethreaded. any other suggestions.
Doing upgrade on 06 ultra . Big bore kit ,cams, cnc ported heads my question is what’s the best performing true dual exhaust and mufflers ? And are all performance mufflers 4 inch ? Does anyone make 3 1/2 performance muffler thanks
