I would like to add saddlebags to my '03 Wide Glide. Can anyone steer me away from the potholes? Was relocating the turn signals difficult? What type/make of bags would you suggest?

I just installed a set of slanted Wille Max slanted throw overs they were inexpencive and looked good. I advise you to use HD Directional Relocation Kit PN 53692-96 and use the last bolt hole. If you want to you can also use those bages with the Gost Brackets system. A freind of mine did that with his 2001 FXDWG, they look good and if you don't want to carry the bags its easy to remove them.

Thanks for the input. Did you use the HD relocation kit? If so, how difficult / easy was the procedure? Other than allen wrenches and standard wrenches what tools did you need?
