I put risers on my '05 Super Glide yesterday. The throttle cable was too tight and I called RMH-D about replacing the cable for me and tweaking the bars as needed. They said it would be a good time to upgrade to Braided cables and I agreed, but my bank account did not. So, I told them to just replace with stock cables. They called me back this afternoon and said they were able to reroute the existing cables and didn't have to replace any of them. The only issue was a part was broken in the throttle hand grip (which makes sense as tight as the the cable was).

So, there are honest dealers out there that care about doing things right and taking care of the customer without adding unneeded costs. I didn't buy my bike from RMH-D, but I will continue to use them for service.

Ogre,

Your experience with them is similar to mine. They've always proven to be good honest people, that treat you right, and make it so you look forward to doing business with them.
