3500 miles after completing 95" build, my rear rocker box has begun to leak (lower gasket). I followed the directions per the manual including, blue loctite, torque and torque sequence. Any ideas what happened??

You might have put the gasket on backwards

Although I think it would have started leaking sooner if you put the gasket on backwards. That gasket has a right way and a wrong way.

Also it could be the o-ring that goes on the breather hole.

Just two easy things it could be.

I had the same thing with only 8,000 miles on mine from the dealer.
It was still under warrenty so it was on them the first time. I replaced
the cam and gears at the end of last summer and at about 2,000 miles
it started again. I just ordered my 95 kit and will be pulling it apart in
the next two weeks. Most likley I will be putting (Spray Tack) on the gaskets
this time around. Only becouse I have found this works good on crome
surfaces and don't plain on pulling this motor apart again over an oil leak.

Its something to try but I would recomend that you use it sparingly.
I would'nt want that type of sealer floating in my oil or getting in my pump drive.

Just my 2 cents.
