My wife has a 2009 FXDL, The cluster is located on the top handle bar clamp ( turn signals, neuteral light and engine warning). She wants differant handle bars, I have been trying to locate for a few months 1 1/2" straight risers that will fit the stock top clamp. I have went through many sources and no luck.

I don't think I understand the dilemma (sp?). The riser shouldn't be affected by the clamp. The Clamp is pretty standard, 4 bolts into the riser. I think you only need two longer bolts to fit through the "cluster" plate and the clamp. Remember also ( you probably already know this) the diameter of the handle bars certainly have to match the seat of the clamp. Maybe a picture would help, eh?
