Pulling the old chopper (2001, ha!) out of storage...sat since 08. Paughco frame mild stretch with a few degrees of rake, Revtech 100" (i know, i know, everyone has all kinds of issues with this motor, i have zero complaints). Going over the bike with a fine tooth comb, missing some bolts here and there, replacing all fluids, and wiring in horn and brake switch off the front.

I am having to rebuild the rear master cylinder. It had fluid in it (some clear, some color of carbon) but seemed blocked up. Anyway, it is either a Jay Brake or Custom Chrome of the 2000 vintage.

I am looking for an exploded view (drawing) to be sure I have the parts back together correctly. Of course, not thinking ahead, I blew it out with the air compressor, blowing brake fluid into my eyes but also shooting the master cylinder piston and parts across the garage. Ah, live and learn from your mistakes...I believe I found all the parts minus the last retaining ring that I have replaced.
