i dont know what ya mean... if your asking if you could snap it into the tourpack detatch bracket and make it a passenger backrest, i dont think so... if you are asking if it would work while the tourpack is on, then yes, it is for the rider and you can still ride two up with it on, although i took it off when i had a pass. on board...

here is my backrest, it is attached to the docking mount for the bike... i left it over a friends house so he could take it to the swap meet, and had him send a pict to my cell phone... so you could see the style.. it matched my streetglide seat pretty good, but it appears to be the part number 52695-04 or 52382-07...
