I was wondering if anyone with Kerker slip-ons has done anything to make them a little louder (and then a little louder). I have an "01 Road King Classic. I put the Kerker slip-ons on it since I like the way they look with the fishtail endcaps. They were too quiet, so I pulled all of the packing off of the baffles. I liked the sound then, but the heat of the right pipe immediately turned the endcap screws blue. So I put just about an inch of the packing back in just under where the screws are. Took care of the bluing problem, but not loud enough again. Anyone know of anything else, short of taking the baffles out completely, that would increase the volume a little? Thanks.
