Puttin' new pipes on, advise needed!

Hi all,

I am puttin on screamin' eagles shorty dual baloney cut tonight on my otherwise stock '02 Softail Standard (one week old).
Is there anything else that needs to be modified or retuned for the bike to work properly.
The installation for the pipes is very straightforward but I would not want to end up with a bike that needs another 1000 bucks worth of mods to be working fine.

Any advise?
