Does anyone have a written procedure for performing a leak down test, or can give me a few tips on how to do it properly on a TC? I was a diesel mechanic for many years, so I know the basics and I have done it on a small block chevy years ago, but not on an HD. I am wondering how much pressure to use and what is the percentage of expected pressure loss.

For example, if I set the regulator to 100 PSI, would 5% be acceptable and 10% be an indication of too much blow-by? Is 100 PSI a good pressure to use?
